Job Responsibilities
  1. Assist individuals with daily activities, fostering independence.
  2. Support mental health and behavioral management, utilizing skills to help individuals overcome challenges.
  3. Create a safe, welcoming environment to help individuals reach their goals.
  4. Provide supervision, guidance, and mentorship, including staff scheduling and communication.
  5. Coordinate household services, including finances, activities, health care, and household management.
Qualifications
  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in behavioral health services, with skills in de-escalation, conflict resolution, and person-centered care.
  2. At least 1 year of lead staff experience or a related two-year degree.
  3. Ability to understand and implement behavior support plans, treatment plans, and support plans.
  4. At least 18 years old, with a High School Diploma or GED.
  5. Experience with mental health conditions preferred.
  6. Physical stamina to perform duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
  7. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  8. Basic computer skills for documentation.
