Role: Intake Coordinator Reports to: Manager of Clubhouse Program-Hennepin County FLSA Status: Exempt

Salary Range: $52,000+ based on experience

This position offers an opportunity to assist membership seeking short-term and ongoing services. This approach provides immediate help while ensuring long-term support for individuals in need. Are you ready for this opportunity? Vail Communities Uptown Clubhouse is looking for an energetic, organized, and community-focused Intake Coordinator to assist us in our Clubhouse and running the day-to-day operations.

What will you do?

As a Clubhouse staff the Intake Coordinator engages with Clubhouse members and staff as colleagues in important work and to be encouraging and engaging with people who might not yet believe in themselves. The Intake Coordinator leads and models through encouragement, appreciation, and a focus on abilities, while allowing for and accepting limitations. The Intake Coordinator develops relationships with Clubhouse members with an end goal of seeing and hearing themselves as valued participants within the Clubhouse community.

Education and Experience

  • BA or BS in human services or related area, or BSW with valid and current Social Work licensure.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in mental health or human services.
  • Must have and maintain a valid Minnesota Driver’s License, maintain automobile coverage and have access to an automobile.
