Mental Health Consultant - School Based - PRN
The Bradley Center is excited to announce that our Outpatient Program is growing. We provide therapy as well as psychiatric and medication management services to children, adults, and families. School-Based Mental Health Services are provided to students in several school districts in Allegheny and surrounding counties.
We are looking for confident professionals to provide help to students in need of social-emotional skills related to mental health needs. The location of services will be in the identified school district. This position works closely with school district personnel including teachers, school counselors, and special education coordinators.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Implements social-emotional learning in individual and/or group settings
- Organizes and facilitates therapeutic support based on topics that meet the needs of students as expressed by the SAP team
- Participates in student IEP, GIEP, and/or SAP meetings
- Attends and participates in Outpatient Services clinical and team meetings
- Creates a safe space for students to manage and regulate their feelings and behaviors
- Provides crisis support during school hours
- Facilitates the development and implementation of wellness, crisis, and relapse prevention plans
- Collaborates with school personnel regarding student behavior
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or other Human Services related field required
- Master's degree preferred, in a recognized clinical discipline including a clinical practicum
- Valid Counseling Certification, preferred but not required (e.g., NCC or LSW)
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license or ability to obtain one, with proof of auto insurance
