Job summary

ServiceNet in Northampton, MA is seeking an ACCS Clinician to support participants and outreach staff, applying strengths-based, trauma-informed care to promote recovery. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans and ensure safety and quality of care.

The role offers full-time hours, Monday–Friday, 9a–5p, with benefits including health and dental insurance, PTO, retirement plans, tuition assistance, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Clinical Master’s degree.
• Massachusetts clinical license or license-eligible required (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LADC-1, ABA, etc.).
• Experience providing clinical and recovery services to individuals with mental illness.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively; self-motivated.
• Ability to complete clinical documentation in a timely manner.
• Good organizational, communication, and writing skills.
• Substance abuse clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Empower Personal Growth: Meet with participants to assess their needs and work collaboratively to create personalized treatment plans using a strengths-based, person-centered, and trauma-informed approach.
• Coordinate Care: Work closely with other service providers and DMH staff to ensure comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of well-being.
• Provide Clinical Expertise: Lead the team by offering guidance, support, and training on evidence-based practices to grow staff capabilities.
• Ensure Progress: Complete essential paperwork and assessments, ensuring treatment plans, safety checks, and risk management plans are up to date.
• Be a Resource in Times of Need: Participate in the on-call rotation to provide support during critical times.

Salary Range:

$60,000 - 66,500 (Based on experience and credentials)
