Job summary

ServiceNet is seeking a dedicated Mental Health ACCS Clinician to support individuals on their recovery journey in Amherst, MA or Northampton, MA. You’ll provide clinical expertise within a multidisciplinary team, guiding participants toward personal goals and resilience.

We offer a Monday–Friday schedule, competitive salary ($60,000–$66,500) based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including health/dental insurance and retirement options.

Qualifications

  • Clinical Master’s degree
  • Massachusetts clinical license or license-eligible required (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LADC-1, ABA, etc.)
  • Experience providing clinical and recovery services to individuals with mental illness
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively; self-motivated
  • Ability to complete clinical documentation in a timely manner
  • Good organizational, communication, and writing skills
  • Substance abuse clinical experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Meet with participants to assess needs and work collaboratively to create personalized treatment plans. You’ll use a strengths-based, person-centered, and trauma-informed approach to help individuals define their goals and take steps toward recovery.
  • Coordinate Care: Work closely with other service providers and DMH staff to ensure participants receive comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of their well-being.
  • Provide Clinical Expertise: Lead the team by offering guidance, support, and training on evidence-based practices, helping staff grow in their ability to provide the best care.
  • Ensure Progress: Complete essential paperwork and assessments, ensuring that treatment plans, safety checks, and risk management plans are in place and kept up to date.
  • Be a Resource in Times of Need: Participate in the on-call rotation to provide support during critical times, ensuring that participants feel safe and supported no matter the situation.

Mental Health Clinician - Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS)

Mental Health Recovery Services (MHRS)


Location: Amherst, MA OR Northampton, MA



Salary Range: $60,000 - 66,500 (Based on experience and credentials)


Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9a-5p

As an ACCS Clinician, you’ll work closely with program participants and outreach staff to help individuals on their path to recovery.
