Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling.
• Licensed/Limited Licensed MSW or Professional Counselor or eligible within 30 days of hire.
• Valid Michigan Driver’s License.
• 1 year of experience with behavioral health recipients.
• Experience using DSM-5 in diagnostic decisions.
• Familiarity with current mental health treatment practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Provide individual and/or group therapy and crisis intervention as needed.
• Develop and monitor the Individual Plan of Service.
• Coordinate case management and linkage to services with other agencies.
• Maintain regular documentation and confidentiality.
• Follow agency policies including transportation, drug testing, and background checks.
