St. Clair County Community Mental Health in Port Huron, MI seeks a Grade 7 Occupational Therapist to support the Occupational Therapy program.

You will assess clients, develop goals with the team, and implement person-centered plans within a trauma-informed, recovery-oriented environment. Requirements include a Bachelor's in Occupational Therapy, state licensure as an OT, valid Michigan driver's license, and experience with electronic health records and sensory integration.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Licensed Occupational Therapist with a valid Michigan driver’s license.
• Experience with electronic health record systems and sensory integration.
• QMHP/QMRP/QCMHP eligibility per program assignment is required.
• Must have access to transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and document pertinent information on persons served; conduct and document assessments.
• Coordinate services for persons served and develop goals with the team.
• Implement person-centered planning processes and follow the plan of service.
• Provide training, observation and monitoring of service/goal implementation.
• Deliver crisis intervention services when needed and maintain confidentiality.
