Job summary

Marathon Health LLC is seeking a Mental Health Provider to deliver evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families, and to lead groups and workshops. You will work with a clinical multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated continuity of care and timely documentation in the EMR.

The role supports prevention and wellness, with 24 hours per week, and offers comprehensive benefits. Licensing progress within 2 years is expected, and BLS certification is required upon hire.

Qualifications

• Master’s level licensed mental health clinician required.
• BLS certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Experience in counseling and mental health evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Preferred 2+ years as independently licensed clinician.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families (ages 12+).
• Lead group or psychoeducation sessions as appropriate.
• Deliver psychoeducational webinars/workshops on mental health topics.
• Collaborate with behavioral health and medical clinicians for coordinated care.
• Complete documentation timely in EMR.
