Founded in 2021, Wellspire Counseling PLLC was created in response to the changing landscape of psychotherapy post-COVID. We have seen the demand for online therapy grow tremendously in the last three years, as well as the desire of therapists to work from home. Wellspire is all about providing access and flexibility for both our clients and clinicians. All current therapists are licensed in multiple states and / or are members of PSYPACT and see clients from multiple states (though predominantly IL). We love reducing barriers for clients seeking access to quality virtual mental healthcare. At Wellspire, we operate around the simple principle that happy, healthy therapists produce better client outcomes.

Job Description

We are currently seeking a full-time licensed or pre-licensed Psychologist, Counselor, or Social Worker to join our growing practice. As an all-virtual group private practice, we are looking for psychotherapists to join our team to provide high-quality, evidence-based, teletherapy for our diverse clientele. We offer our clinicians the flexibility of a contractor position, while providing the benefits and security of being a W2 employee. This position is a great opportunity for someone who is independent, looking for remote work, but seeking out a consultative and collaborative relationship with coworkers / fellow therapists. We offer a competitive 60 / 40 split for all full time licensed therapists.

About the Position

The position is quite flexible and we are confident that we can work with you to create your dream job! You make your own hours and have full control over your caseload and schedule.

Qualifications

• Licensed or pre-licensed Psychologist in the state of IL

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of your ideal psychotherapy clients
• Complete notes in our EHR for each client session.
• Manage your email so that emails are attended to within 48 of your working hours.
• Participate in an monthly team meeting and enjoy guest speakers
• Maintain your license by completing necessary CEUs, engaging in ethical behavior, etc.
• Otherwise, be who you'd like to be as a therapist and member of our team!
