Ellie Mental Health Midtown Tulsa seeks a Clinic Manager to run daily operations for a 15–30 therapist clinic, with a limited clinical caseload. You will lead teams, optimize workflows, ensure quality and compliance, and partner with ownership on growth and profitability.

The role emphasizes recruitment, staff development, and creating a positive workplace culture with strong administrative support and a competitive compensation package.

Formación

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, Psychology, or related behavioral health field.
• Active Oklahoma licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Licensed for at least two years.
• Clinical leadership, supervision, or management experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of mental health operations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and electronic health record systems.

Responsabilidades

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of clinicians.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and support to clinical staff.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture.
• Monitor therapist productivity, documentation quality, and client satisfaction.
• Manage schedules, PTO requests, office operations, and workflow efficiency.
• Assist with performance management and professional development planning.
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
• Address concerns raised by clients, clinicians, and referral partners.
• Build relationships with community organizations and referral sources.
• Collaborate with ownership to achieve operational and financial goals.
• Support clinic marketing and outreach initiatives.
• Maintain a limited clinical caseload to remain connected to client care.
