Ellie Mental Health Tulsa seeks an experienced Clinic Director to lead our outpatient mental health practice. You will oversee operations, clinical quality, staffing, and financial performance for a growing clinic of 40–50 therapists while maintaining a limited clinical caseload.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related behavioral health field.
• Active Oklahoma clinical licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) and licensed for at least two years.
• Clinical supervisor designation or eligibility preferred.
• Experience in clinical leadership, supervision, or program development preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Oklahoma mental health regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining clinicians.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and electronic health record systems.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, hire, onboard, develop, and retain clinicians.
• Provide leadership, coaching, training, and performance management.
• Conduct annual evaluations and oversee staff development.
• Monitor productivity, documentation quality, compliance, and outcomes.
• Manage staffing, schedules, PTO requests, and clinic operations.
• Partner with ownership to achieve clinical, operational, and financial goals.
• Respond to concerns from clients, staff, and community partners.
• Implement Ellie policies, workflows, and best practices.
• Develop referral relationships and community partnerships.
• Support clinic marketing and outreach efforts.
• Maintain a limited clinical caseload.
