Job summary

• QMHP certification within 6 months of hire.
• Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record.
• 1 year mental health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prescribed services in accordance with State and MCO standards.
• Provide timely assessment, recovery planning and service delivery to assigned clients.
• Deliver crisis services.
• Maintain assigned caseload of individuals with mental illness.
• Enter accurate documentation within required timeframes.
