Job summary

REM Community Services, part of the Sevita family, is seeking a caregiver to support individuals with developmental disabilities in Minnesota. Pay is $18.25 per hour; schedule Tuesday–Friday 9:00 am–4:00 pm, with every other weekend.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services or direct care preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability and teamwork skills.
• Vehicle: valid driver's license and access to insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living tasks.
• Support participants in achieving developmental goals and community participation.
• Collaborate with supervisors and care teams to monitor progress and safety.
