Job summary

REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, is hiring a Full Time Mental Health Caregiver in Minnesota. You’ll support individuals with developmental disabilities, assist with daily living, and help them participate in community activities. Pay is $19.55 per hour.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with daily living activities and personal hygiene.
• Support participants in achieving developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Help participants engage in community activities and be part of the community.
• Develop meaningful relationships with participants and maintain trust with team leaders.
• Use clear communication and teamwork to ensure participant safety and well-being.
