Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days per American Heart Association (AHA).

Responsibilities

• Assist RN with daily patient care including bathing, feeding, and mobility.
• Document vital signs and patient data in EMR; monitor intake/output and daily weights.
• Support admission, transfer and discharge processes under RN supervision; ensure patient belongings are secure.
• Maintain infection prevention practices and respond to patient needs promptly.
