Job summary
Elite DNA Behavioral Health in Florida is seeking a full-time Business Development Representative to expand our network of referring physicians across Brandon, Lakeland, Winter Haven, and Zephyrhills. You will build relationships, promote our range of behavioral health services—from psychotherapy to psychiatry—and drive growth through one-to-one outreach, visits, events, and strategic marketing.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required; we offer comprehensive benefits
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare field.
- 2+ years marketing or sales experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong client relation skills.
- Willingness to travel; reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Build and sustain relationships with referring physicians.
- Market services to grow the referral base.
- Conduct visits and calls; manage accounts and growth strategies.
- Plan events to engage referral sources.
- Provide customer service support and follow-up.
- Meet sales quotas and track leads.
