Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare in Parsippany, NJ is seeking a Mental Health Associate to join a multidisciplinary treatment team. You’ll work with licensed clinicians to support clients on their recovery journey and gain hands-on experience in behavioral healthcare.

Responsibilities include facilitating group and psychoeducational sessions, monitoring clients, and handling routine documentation, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Valid driver's license required.
Willingness to drive a company van.

Responsibilities

Supporting and monitoring clients throughout the treatment day
Assisting with group and psychoeducational sessions
Supervising breaks, activities, transportation, and other program activities
Supporting the team during behavioral health or crisis situations
Assisting with urine screenings and related documentation
Completing routine documentation, chart reviews, and clerical tasks
Communicating client concerns and observations to the treatment team
Building professional relationships while maintaining healthy boundaries
Using trauma-informed and culturally responsive approaches
Participating in team meetings, training, quality improvement, and continuing education
Providing transportation support when assigned

What You’ll Do
