Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare in Parsippany, NJ is hiring a Mental Health Associate for a full-time, 40-hour per week role. You will support a multidisciplinary treatment team and help maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for clients throughout the day.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to drive a company van. We offer a CARF-accredited program with career growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Support and monitor clients throughout the treatment day.
• Assist with group and psychoeducational sessions.
• Supervise breaks, activities, transportation, and other program activities.
• Support the team during behavioral health or crisis situations.
• Assist with urine screenings and related documentation.
• Complete routine documentation, chart reviews, and clerical tasks.
• Communicate client concerns and observations to the treatment team.
• Build professional relationships while maintaining healthy boundaries.
• Use trauma-informed and culturally responsive approaches.
• Participate in team meetings, training, quality improvement, and continuing education.
• Provide transportation support when assigned.

What You’ll Do
