Pyramid Healthcare in Freehold, NJ, is seeking Mental Health Associates to support clients through group sessions and operational activities. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field along with experience working with adolescent populations.

Location and Schedule

• Address: 6 Paragon Way # 104, Freehold, NJ 07728
• Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours/week, Monday - Friday
• Hourly Rate: $16.00 - $17.00/hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates an understanding of adolescent growth and development and must be able to co‑facilitate a didactic and experiential group or is willing to learn to co‑facilitate groups.
• Job involves driving, sitting, walking, handling charts and talking on the phone for extended periods of time.
• Participate in written and verbal shift changes by communicating with staff either verbally or in written communication logs, shift updates.
• Support the daily structure through helping clients attend all scheduled activities.
• Under direction of supervisors, facilitates activities including recreational groups and meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education

• REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field.
• REQUIRED: At least one (1) year of experience working with adolescent populations.
• REQUIRED: Valid Driver's License
