Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare is a leading behavioral health provider, offering care in addiction treatment, mental health recovery, and related services. The Mental Health Associate role is based in Branchburg, NJ, full-time, with a pay rate of $16–$17/hour and a 40-hour week from Monday to Friday.

Join a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and support staff, gain hands-on experience in a CARF-accredited environment, and contribute to patient safety, treatment progress, and quality improvement

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required.
Valid driver's license is required.
Willingness to drive a company van.

Responsibilities

Support and monitor clients throughout the treatment day.
Assist with group and psychoeducational sessions.
Supervise breaks, activities, transportation, and other program activities.
Support the team during behavioral health or crisis situations.
Assist with urine screenings and related documentation.
Complete routine documentation, chart reviews, and clerical tasks.
Communicate client concerns and observations to the treatment team.
Build professional relationships while maintaining healthy boundaries.
Use trauma-informed and culturally responsive approaches.
Participate in team meetings, training, quality improvement, and continuing education.
Provide transportation support when assigned.

What You'll Do

As a Mental Health Associate, you’ll help keep the treatment environment safe, structured, and therapeutic by:
