Sentara RMH Medical Center in Harrisonburg, VA is hiring a Mental Health Associate for the Behavioral Health Unit. This role provides direct and indirect patient care to adults in a fast-paced setting under supervision of an RN, including support with nursing tasks, milieu management, and patient safety.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and at least 1 year in behavioral health; QMHP certification is preferred.

Leads and co-facilitates educational and activity groups. Assists with milieu management to ensure a safe, therapeutic environment for patients and staff.

Education
