Job summary

Sentara Health in Harrisonburg, VA seeks a Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist to join the Psychiatric Emergency Response team. You will assess patients in the ED with behavioral health concerns and provide treatment recommendations, collaborating with patients, families and the healthcare team to plan and implement interventions.

Requires Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling and LPC or LCSW license; 1 year of relevant experience preferred.

City/State Harrisonburg, VA Work Shift Third (Nights) Overview: Sentara Health is now hiring a Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist. This position will be a part of the Psychiatric Emergency Response team that assess patients in the Sentara Emergency Departments who present with behavioral/mental health concerns and will provide recommendations for treatment.

Education

Compensation

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits.

The base pay range for full-time employment is $75,712.00 - $114,420.80 annually.

Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.

Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
