Hermitage Hall, a UHS company, is one of Middle Tennessee's largest psychiatric residential treatment hospitals, licensed by the Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services. It has provided services to families for over 30 years.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in developing and implementing clients' behavioral programs by providing care, supervision, and documentation.
  • Build positive relationships with clients and staff, follow policies, and implement treatment plans.
  • Provide crisis intervention when necessary.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a behavioral health setting required if no degree.

Physical Demands

  • Stand, walk, sit, and use hands regularly; occasionally lift up to 50 pounds; may need to physically restrain clients.

Other Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
