Job summary

Compcare in Hackensack, NJ is seeking a dedicated youth transportation associate to safely transport youth to and from the adolescence partial care program and to support group activities designed by program management.

You will log mileage, report vehicle issues, and assist youth in preparing for social and recreational activities, contributing to a multidisciplinary behavioral health team and our mission-driven nonprofit.

Qualifications

• BSW in social work, BA/BS in psychology, or a related field.
• AA with two years of experience working with the adolescent population.
• High school diploma with five years of experience working with the adolescent population.
• Valid New Jersey driver’s license, CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely transports youth to and from the adolescence partial care program
• Assists partial care staff with group activities designed by program management
• Assists youth in preparing for social and recreational activities
• Reports vehicle condition and issues to program management and maintains an accurate log of mileage and transportation

Education

BSW in social work

$20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Shift

2–3 days per week as needed, from 1:30 PM to 8:30 PM. Availability on Mondays and Tuesdays is required.
