Qualifications

• Masters degree in counseling, psychology, social work or a related field is required, or RN licensure.
• Two years or more counseling experience, preferably in a psychiatric setting with crisis intervention.
• Ability to determine level of care and coordinate admissions with referral sources.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-person level of care determinations and crisis intervention.
• Serve as the initial contact with referral sources and potential patients.
• Coordinate referral and intake processes and maintain communication with families, patients and staff.
• Facilitate admission processes and ensure smooth transition to care.
