Texoma Community Center in Sherman, TX is seeking a Full Time Clerical support role within the Adult Mental Health Program, including Crisis Services. The position involves confidential clerical duties and supervising other clerical staff, with responsibilities for schedules and performance reviews.

The role operates under trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care aligned with CCBHC standards, emphasizing accuracy, confidentiality, and strong organizational skills in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year Medication Aide experience preferred.
• Psychiatric experience preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to speak a second language relevant to population served preferred.
• Must be self-motivated, organized and detail oriented.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Consistently practices Trauma-informed Model of Care, understands and considers the pervasive nature of trauma.
• Knowledge of cultural differences and ability to work with individuals from different cultural backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Provides clerical support in a fast-paced and confidential environment to the Adult Mental Health Program including Crisis Services.
• Provides supervision to clerical staff including managing their schedules and assisting in performance reviews.
• Disseminates information, maintains filing systems and performs internal administrative support.
• Operates under trauma-informed and recovery-oriented models of care which align with CCBHC standards.
