Job summary

Texoma Community Center seeks an AMH Program Manager to lead the adult mental health program, including PASRR, Peer Support Specialists, and Residential facilities. The role includes direct care in crisis situations and advocating for clients, with QA and compliance oversight to meet HHSC/CMS requirements.

The position requires a master’s degree in social work or related field and leadership experience. Travel and vehicle use may be involved; state licensing as LPHA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or Counseling is required.
• Two years leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the adult mental health program including PASRR, Peer Support Specialists, and Residential facilities.
• Provide training, support and oversight for Adult Mental Health Case Managers and assist with program director duties as needed.
