Jos. A. Bank, a division of Tailored Brands, is seeking a Retail Store Tailor–Alterations to assist customers with alterations and tailoring services in a fast-paced store environment. You will mark, alter, and press garments while ensuring a perfect fit and high-quality finish.

The role emphasizes strong tailoring skills, excellent customer service, and a collaborative team attitude to support the store and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Formal tailoring training is preferred.
• Experience as a menswear tailor is highly preferred.
• Good technical skill with sewing equipment.
• Strong communication skills are required.
• Team attitude and enthusiasm are important.
• Proficiency in alterations of men's tailored clothing.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and assist with special requests during the selling process.
• Mark, alter, and press garments to ensure an attractive fit.
• Ensure proper garment fit and sizing for customers.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and organization; help teammates.
• Offer wardrobe ensemble suggestions to customers.
