Jos. A. Bank, a division of Tailored Brands, is seeking a Retail Store Tailor-Alterations to assist customers and perform alterations that ensure a perfect fit and attractive finish. You will greet guests, take measurements, and execute precise tailoring with attention to detail in a fast-paced store environment.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, teamwork, and the ability to recommend wardrobe enhancements while maintaining high quality and timely execution.

Qualifications

• Formal tailoring training preferred.
• Experience as a menswear tailor highly preferred.
• Strong sewing and measurement skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Greet, interact with and respond to customers regarding special requests.
• Mark, alter and press garments customers select.
• Ensure the proper fit of garments.
• Answer customer questions.
• Mark garments for tailoring.
• Press garments.
• Maintain open dialogue with management.
• Help other team members.
• Keep the tailor shop clean and organized.
• Make sure customers are properly sized.
• Offer new wardrobe ensemble suggestions.
