Augusta Country Club in Augusta, GA is seeking a Men's Grill Bartender to deliver prompt, friendly, and professional service to Members and guests. This role supports both the Men’s Grill and Titleholders outlets, with shifts available part-time or full-time.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, mixing beverages, maintaining knowledge of offerings, handling payments, and keeping the bar clean and organized while upholding club standards.

• Take, ring, prepare, and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Club standards.
• Maintain knowledge of food, beverage, specialty drink, and daily menu offerings.
• Describe menu items and assist Members and guests with food and beverage selections.
• Anticipate Member needs and provide personalized service throughout their visit.
• Maintain accurate checks and follow Club procedures for payments and point-of-sale transactions.
• Keep the bar and service areas clean, stocked, organized, and presentable.
• Communicate and work effectively with fellow team members to ensure overall Member satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude during high-volume periods and events.
• Follow all Club policies, safety standards, and responsible alcohol service requirements.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

MEN’S GRILL BARTENDER

Part-Time & Full-Time

Men’s Grill Bartenders are responsible for providing prompt, friendly, and professional food and beverage service to Members and their guests. Bartenders must accurately take and fulfill orders, maintain knowledge of food and beverage offerings, and create a welcoming environment through attentive and personable service.

Men’s Grill Bartenders may also be scheduled to work in Titleholders as needed and should be comfortable providing excellent service in both outlets.

Schedule:

Typical shifts are9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. and4:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m., although schedules may vary based on events and Club needs. Open availability is preferred. Augusta Country Club is closed on Mondays.
