Titleholders – Augusta Country Club Restaurant

Location: Augusta Country Club – Augusta, GA 30904.

Job Overview

This position is responsible for providing the highest quality services to all members and guests dining within the bar and restaurant areas. Servers contribute to the dining experience by offering suggestions, recommendations such as wine pairings to make the experience more intimate.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Attend line‑up at the beginning of shift.
• Greeting members.
• Serve food and beverage items following proper club procedures.
• Memorize elaborate food/wine menus, ingredients, allergens, and daily specials to offer personalized recommendations.
• Set up side stations and perform assigned side work.
• Utilize digital system to input orders and transmit them to the kitchen.
• Assemble food on trays ensuring proper condiments and side dishes are provided.
• Check back to ensure member/guest satisfaction.
• Suggest and serve dessert, coffee and after‑dinner drinks.
• Keep tables, dining room and bus station clean and tidy.
• Present the bill to members.
• Notify supervisor of any complaints as soon as they occur.
• Perform clean‑up and closing duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Attend line‑up as directed by supervisor.
• Other duties may be assigned.
• Close shift in North Star (POS).
• Put tickets in numerical order.
• Check out with Manager before leaving.

  • Fri‑Sun Breakfast/Lunch 7AM‑3PM; Dinner 5PM‑close.
