Job summary

Zumiez PBS is seeking a creative Mens Denim Designer to lead the design and development of the Mens Denim Bottoms category. The role collaborates with the Senior Designer to drive multiple projects on schedule, mentors junior team members, and presents concepts to the buying team.

Strong Denim experience and brand-aligned design execution are essential. The position requires collaboration across Production, Sourcing, Product Development, and Design Leadership, with domestic and international

Qualifications

• BA or equivalent coursework in Apparel preferred.
• 3-4 years of experience in Apparel Design.
• Denim Design and Development experience preferred.
• Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Office 365.
• Able to travel domestically and internationally for approximately 3-4 weeks each year.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop the Mens Denim Bottoms assortment (pants and shorts).
• Lead/partner with Senior Designer to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Mentor junior design team members and potentially supervise a direct report.
• Present new style concepts and product offerings to the buying team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with brand standards and initiatives.
