Liberty University is seeking a part-time coaching support staff member to assist the head coach with practices, competitions, and recruitment efforts. You will help plan and implement team practices, complete eligibility forms and coaching materials, and participate in required trainings on campus in Lynchburg.
The role emphasizes strong leadership, communication, and adherence to LU's mission, with on-site duties and compliance with university policies.
Support and assist the head coach as needed to ensure the successof the team.
Four-year college degree, 2+ years coaching at the high school orcollegiate level. Strong leadership experience is required.Well-developed communication skills. Current coachingcertifications and/or licenses with the respective governing bodyis required.
If the employee is required to travel in performing the duties andresponsibilities of the position, the use of ones personal vehicle(or LU vehicles) may be required for travel. Proof of a validdriver's license, an acceptable DMV record, LU Driving Approval,and liability insurance is required when driving in the performanceof the employee's position.

Compensation is determined based on factors such as qualifications,experience, education, skills, and certifications, along withUniversity needs and external market conditions. Market benchmarksmay be used, as appropriate, in combination with internal equity toensure pay is fair and aligned with the broader compensationstructure.
