Job summary

Canyon Ranch in Fort Worth, TX is hiring a part-time Men's Spa Attendant to welcome members, answer questions, book appointments, and help with retail products. You’ll provide friendly, efficient service at the front desk and ensure a calm, luxurious experience in our wellness club setting.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, excellent customer service, and the ability to learn payment systems. Weekend and evening availability is a plus, and prior spa or wellness exposure is a bonus.

• Assist with locker room duties and ensure clean, welcoming spaces.
• Open availability mornings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A COLLEAGUE

In this role, you'll be responsible for reception-oriented duties and providing members with the highest quality of customer service to include greeting members, attending to their needs, arranging appointments, taking payment for services, and assisting members with equipment and retail products.

• Adhere to Canyon Ranch service standards providing world-class member/guest service.
• Greet members and guests with a smile, checking members in and arranging member appointments.
• Help provide members with a beverage while they wait for their service.
• Perform locker room open/closing duties.
• Open availability Mornings, nights and weekends.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

• High school diploma
• Excellent customer service skills; friendly demeanor
• Ability to learn processes and operate computer/payment systems
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Customer service, medical or spa/wellness background is a plus.
