Job summary

Coach in New York is seeking an Associate Buyer for Men’s Ready-to-Wear North America. You will manage product assortment, inventory and pricing strategies to achieve North America MRTW sales plans, spanning both North America Outlet and Retail channels.

You will oversee pre-season product briefs, seasonal OTB and inventory planning, in-season product launches, inventory deletes and chase strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of previous Buying, Allocation, or Planning experience.
• Excellent reporting skills.
• Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance and inventory levels to inform opportunities.
• Create product strategies balancing new customers with historical trends.
• Communicate seasonal strategies to influence allocation to stores, online merchandising, and marketing.
• Manage a sized category with sales and inventory planning.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to drive synergies.
• Own inventory movements and related actions with Allocator.
• Generate ideas and implement forward-looking strategies.
• Detail-oriented management of multiple projects to meet deadlines.
• Apply critical thinking to problem solve the category.
