Job summary

Coach, part of the Tapestry portfolio, is seeking an Associate Buyer for Men’s Ready-to-Wear North America at its New York corporate HQ. The role focuses on managing assortment, inventory and pricing to meet North America MRTW sales plans, spanning both North America Outlet and Retail channels.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in Buying/Allocation/Planning, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and a data-driven approach to drive category performance across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of previous Buying, Allocation, or Planning experience.
• Excellent reporting skills.
• Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance, pricing and inventory levels to identify opportunities within the business.
• Create product strategies that balance acquiring new customers with historical trends.
• Communicate seasonal strategies with cross functional partners to influence allocation.
• Manage a sized category, analyzing and planning sales and inventory at a sized level.
• Collaborate with peers to ensure synergies across the total Lifestyle team.
• Own inventory movements and actions in partnership with Allocator; generate ideas and implement strategies.
