Job summary

Coach is seeking an Associate Buyer for Men’s Ready-to-Wear North America to manage product assortment, inventory, and pricing strategies. You will work across North America Outlet and Retail channels, driving pre-season briefs, OTB planning, and in-season launches.

The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset to influence allocation and future product design within the One Coach journey.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Buying, Allocation, or Planning experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance, pricing and inventory levels to identify opportunities.
• Create product strategies balancing new customers with historical trends.
• Communicate seasonal strategies to allocate products to stores and online channels.
• Manage a sized category with sales and inventory planning.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive business results.
