Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in performance and lifestyle apparel design.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in outerwear and sportswear design, construction, and materials.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong sketching, technical design, and tech pack creation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Men's Apparel Design Team in elevating design expression and creating best-in-industry apparel.
• Design and develop products for Snow, Climb, and Trail, plus lifestyle lines.
• Assist with seasonal research, concept development, and tech pack creation.
• Execute complex design work including research, presentations, and product execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to bring products to life.
• Present design work at seasonal milestones and incorporate feedback.
• Apply brand aesthetics, materials, fit, silhouette, and cost considerations.
