Job summary

The North Face in the United States is seeking a Designer – Men’s Apparel to elevate design expression and create best-in-class men’s performance and lifestyle apparel built for Snow, Climb, and Trail.

You’ll support the Men’s Apparel Design Team through seasonal research, tech-packing, and collaboration with cross-functional partners, delivering compelling concepts and design deliverables that meet brand aesthetics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent relevant experience.
• 4+ years of experience in performance and lifestyle apparel design, preferably men’s apparel.
• Preferred knowledge of outerwear and sportswear design and product construction.
• Strong product acumen with working knowledge of apparel product development processes (design, development, sourcing, manufacturing).
• Proficient with Illustrator, Photoshop and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in elevating design expression for men’s apparel and create best-in-industry products.
• Support seasonal design work and creative vision for the Men’s Apparel team.
• Work on products for Snow, Climb, Trail and lifestyle lines.
• Contribute to seasonal research, tech-packing and concept development.
• Collaborate with design leadership and cross-functional partners.
