Job summary

The North Face in Denver is seeking a Product Developer, Men's Apparel to lead end-to-end development of moderate to high complexity styles. Working with Design and cross-functional teams, you will translate design intent into 3D and physical prototypes, ensuring quality, cost targets, and calendar milestones are met.

You will own BOMs and spec documentation, collaborate with global vendors, and drive cost-saving initiatives while maintaining product aesthetics and performance for an active

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in apparel product development.
• Familiarity with patternmaking and grading.
• Experience using 3D development tools and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of assigned styles, ensuring design intent, cost, and calendar targets.
• Translate design concepts into 3D and physical prototypes with BOM maintenance.
• Collaborate with Design, Technical Design, Standards, Merchandising, Materials, Sourcing, QA, factories, and vendors.
• Support costing and material-efficiency reviews with vendors.
• Travel seasonally to overseas manufacturers to support production readiness.
