Harvest USA in Dresher, PA seeks a full-time men’s ministry staff member to provide one-on-one discipleship and lead support groups for men facing sexual sin. The role includes creating resources and teaching biblical sexuality, with a strong emphasis on gospel-centered ministry within churches.

The candidate should have a personal faith in Jesus, be able to teach and write effectively, and align with Harvest USA’s mission and doctrinal commitments.

Qualifications

• Personal relationship with Jesus Christ and desire to work in a mission-driven environment
• Agreement with Harvest USA’s purpose and doctrines
• Strong writing and teaching abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
• Ability to work evenings and some weekends
• Seminary degree or certificate preferred
• Familiarity with CCEF’s counseling approach (preferred)

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one, short-term discipleship to men seeking help with sexual sin
• Facilitate biblical support groups for men with sexual sin
• Develop digital and print resources to equip churches
• Teach on biblical sexuality in churches and other venues
• Represent Harvest USA at educational and equipping events
