Job summary

Vuori is seeking a Merchandise Coordinator to support the execution of Men’s product assortment. A detail-oriented contributor who is passionate about performance apparel and aligns with Vuori’s brand values will thrive in this role.

You will handle day-to-day merchandising support, manage assortment tools, enter product data, keep Anaplan updated, coordinate samples, prep meetings, review marketing assets, and build product knowledge presentations for retail education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience preferred.
• 1+ year of product management or merchandising experience; relevant internship experience will be considered.
• Performance apparel experience preferred.
• Must be organized, attentive to detail, and able to multi-task.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Suite (Illustrator).
• Ability to travel domestically when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day merchandising support, including general administrative duties for the merchandising team.
• Manage merchandising tools (assortment guides, line plans & related assortment tools).
• Enter and maintain product information across data bases.
• Keep the Anaplan system up to date and ensure accuracy of information.
• Oversee management, organization, and coordination of all product samples.
• Assist merchandising team with key meeting preparation, including but not limited to sample & deck preparation, etc.
• Review marketing assets to ensure product accuracy.
• Build product knowledge presentations for retail education.
