Job summary

Vuori seeks a Merchandise Coordinator to support men’s product assortment and merchandising operations. You’ll keep data accurate across databases, manage sample flow, and assist with meeting prep and asset reviews.

The role emphasizes organization, attention to detail, and comfort with Anaplan, Excel, and Adobe tools, with domestic travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience preferred.
• 1+ year of product management or merchandising experience.
• Performance apparel experience preferred.
• Must be organized, attentive to detail, and able to multi-task.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Suite.
• Ability to travel domestically when necessary.

• Provide day-to-day merchandising support, including general administrative duties for the merchandising team.
• Manage merchandising tools (assortment guides, line plans & related assortment tools).
• Enter and maintain product information across data bases.
• Keep the Anaplan system up to date and ensure accuracy of information.
• Oversee management, organization, and coordination of all product samples.
• Assist merchandising team with key meeting preparation, including but not limited to sample & deck preparation, etc.
• Review marketing assets to ensure product accuracy.
• Build product knowledge presentations for retail education.

Job Description

We are seeking a Merchandise Coordinator to support the execution of Vuori’s Men’s product assortment. We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented individual who is passionate about the performance apparel space, Vuori’s mission, and embodying the brand’s values.

The hourly range for this role is$27/hr - $33/hr.
