You will assist the Head Coach in planning practices, supervising drills, and developing players’ skills while upholding program policies and safety standards. The position requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred), valid CA driver’s license, and First Aid/CPR‑AED certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of Aztec Recreation programs, facilities, and policies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid California Driver's License and insurance.
• First Aid/CPR‑AED certification required (online courses excluded).

Responsibilities

• Communicate with players and officers regarding team decisions.
• Attend all team events, practices and games.
• Develop practice plans with Head Coach and supervise drills.
• Ensure safety and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Coordinate travel, scheduling and equipment maintenance.
