The University of Arkansas at Little Rock (Little Rock Athletics) is seeking a Men’s Basketball Administrative Assistant. Reporting to the Men’s Basketball Head Coach, the Men’s Basketball Administrative Assistant will work collaboratively with the Men’s Basketball program, including overall Office Management for the basketball staff and the Department, Business Operations, Human Resources, and Sport Programs. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. In addition, the successful candidate is someone with high energy and a positive attitude who will be flexible and adaptive to change, while demonstrating problem solving skills and the ability to employ ingenuity in their work. Excellent communication, interpersonal, project management, organizational, and leadership skills are desired. This position is governed by state and federal laws, and agency/institution policy.
