Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Sales Outfitter in Warren, OH. You will welcome customers, demonstrate products, keep shelves stocked, and promote programs like CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pick-up. You’ll stay knowledgeable about merchandise and pricing while delivering a legendary customer experience.

The role requires strong customer service, basic math for transactions, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment. The company offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers.
• Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and acknowledge all customers in a prompt and friendly manner.
• Demonstrates product to customers.
• Replenishes product on shelves as required per Merchandising guidelines.
• Remains Product “expert” through ongoing product knowledge training.
• Remains knowledgeable of advertised sales; maintains pricing and signing.
• Assists with "Seasonal" floor merchandise moves.
• Restocks merchandise as required.
• Keeps work area clean, neat and well stocked with supplies.
• Provides a legendary experience for every customer, every time by assisting customers in making buying decisions by identifying needs and making product recommendations.
