Job summary

The North Face in Denver seeks a Product Developer for Men's Apparel to own end-to-end development of assigned styles, ensuring design intent, quality, cost, and calendar targets while collaborating with global teams and vendors.

You will translate design concepts into 3D/physical prototypes, manage BOMs, tech packs, and participate in cross-functional reviews. Travel seasonally to overseas manufacturers to support production readiness.

Qualifications

• Degree in Product Development, Apparel Design, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in apparel product development.
• Strong product acumen with development, sourcing, and manufacturing knowledge.
• Familiarity with patternmaking and grading.
• Experience with BOMs, specs, and tech packs; PLM/PDM systems; 3D tools like Browzwear, CLO, Optitex.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to manage multiple timelines and deadlines.
• Agility, adaptability, and openness to change.
• Growth mindset and passion for innovation and product creation.
• Passion for great products and active outdoor lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of assigned styles, ensuring design intent, quality, cost, and calendar targets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Technical Design, Merchandising, Materials, Sourcing, QA, factories, and vendors.
• Translate design concepts into 3D/physical prototypes; manage BOMs and product documentation.
• Lead reviews of product execution at prototype stages and support production readiness.
• Travel seasonally to overseas manufacturers to support product execution and vendor alignment.
