Job summary

The North Face is seeking a Product Developer for Men\'s Apparel to own end-to-end development of assigned styles from concept to production. You\'ll translate design into 3D and physical prototypes, maintain BOMs and tech packs, and collaborate with global teams and vendors to meet quality, cost, and calendar targets.

This role requires 4+ years in apparel product development, knowledge of BOMs, specs, and 3D tools (Browzwear, CLO, Optitex), and strong cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of apparel product development experience
• Degree in Product Development, Apparel Design, or related field preferred
• Familiarity with BOMs, specs, tech packs, and development processes
• Experience with 3D development tools (Browzwear, CLO, Optitex) and PLM/PDM systems

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of assigned styles from concept to production
• Translate design into 3D and physical prototypes
• Maintain BOMs, specs, tech packs, and program documentation
• Collaborate with Design, Technical Design, Sourcing, and Vendors
• Support costing, material-efficiency reviews, and production readiness
• Lead prototype reviews and ensure quality, cost, and calendar targets
• Travel seasonally to overseas manufacturers to support execution
