Job summary

Reflex Performance Resources Inc. in Midtown, NYC, is seeking an experienced Men’s Activewear Designer to shape trend-driven collections for multiple brands.

This full-time, in-office role partners with the Design Director to translate concepts into production-ready tech packs and oversee fit, fabric, and construction details. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in men’s apparel design, strong garment construction knowledge, and proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and PLM systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional apparel design experience (men’s activewear preferred).
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, trims, fabrics, and technical details.
• Experience developing detailed tech packs and collaborating with overseas vendors.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel on Mac.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant work.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the full product life cycle from design to production handoff.
• Design and oversee specific product categories with Design Director oversight.
• Research trends, fabrics, trims, and graphics for seasonal collections.
• Present concepts to Design Director and accounts.
• Create and maintain detailed tech packs and BOM details.
