Job summary

Torramics Inc. is hiring two Process Technicians to join the Process Integration team in Stanford, CA. You will operate and support MEMS fabrication tools—thin-film deposition, lithography, etch, MEMS release, and metrology—moving wafers through standard processes.

You will run experiments, document steps precisely, and collaborate with process engineers to ensure reliable data and repeatable results in a hands-on cleanroom environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in semiconductor/ MEMS cleanroom environments.
• Direct experience running process equipment in modules (thin films, lithography, etch, metrology).
• Strong documentation habits: follow SOPs and travelers, record data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support tools to build MEMS device per SOPs and lot travelers.
• Carry out engineering split lots and DOE runs, prepare equipment and wafers for processing.
• Record steps accurately so the integration team can trust results.
• Log process and metrology data, flag out-of-spec results or deviations.
